Summer Heat Sequence (General)

The heat index in NYC was 104 or something yesterday and everyone was walking around like they suddenly weighed ten times heavier. This sequence will help stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system which will, in turn reiterate and rejuvenate the mind and body. The sequence is suitable for all levels, just leave out Shirshasana (Head Stand) if you have not yet been taught it.
